Used as Chemical peptizer DBD
for NR & SBR.
Should use it when temperature achieve 120℃ or higher.
It is especially applicable to banburying under high tempreature . Add in at the begining of Plastication.
Won't effect the aging characteristic of rubber products, No blooming.
0.05-0.5% is needed for Natural Rubber
0.5-3.0% is needed for styrene-butadiene rubber. |
